Please note that a current prescription that includes the doctor’s information, date of service, and signature of the doctor is required to process your order. All prescriptions are checked by our in-house opticians to ensure your glasses are perfect!
During the ordering process you will have the following options:
- Upload the valid prescription as a PDF, JPG, or PNG
- Choose your on-file prescription if you are an existing customer
- Send it later - If you choose this option please watch out for an email from RXonline@diffeyewear to assist further.
Please note we will also need your Pupillary distance - if you know this you can write it on the prescription or on a post-it note with the prescription. If we do not receive it we will reach out by email from: RXonline@diffeyewear.
