Once you place your prescription order we will contact you via email, text, and phone for any missing information needed to submit your order to the lab for processing. If we are not able to obtain the needed information your order will be canceled after 30 days and a refund of the order will be issued. There is a $9.99 cancelation fee removed from the refund.
