Because prescription eyewear is custom-made for you, we require certain information before we can begin production, including your prescription (Rx) and pupillary distance (PD).
Providing Your Prescription Information

  • If any information is missing or incomplete, our Customer Service team will contact you via the email address provided at checkout.
  • We will send follow-up requests once per week for up to 8 weeks.
  • Communication attempts will be documented for our records.
**8-Week Response Window**
  • If we do not receive the required information within 8 weeks of your order date, your order will be placed on hold.
  • After the 8-week period, we cannot guarantee the original frame style will be available.
  • At that time, your payment will be converted to a DIFF Store Credit for the amount paid, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Store credit is non-refundable and may be used toward any purchase at diffeyewear.com.

Why We Have This Policy
Because prescription eyewear is a custom, non-resellable product, we can only produce it with complete and accurate prescription details. This policy ensures we can serve all customers fairly and efficiently while reserving product availability.
