Return/Exchange policy

We want you to love your DIFF glasses! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, here’s what you need to know:

  • Non-prescription products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Prescription products are eligible for return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items purchased from our clearance sale page are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items must be unworn (a quick try-on is totally fine!), in the condition received, and returned in original packaging.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Returns sent for a refund are subject to a $9.99 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund total.
  • Store credit keeps 100% of the return value — no $9.99 restocking fee applies. - Our team is always happy to help you apply store credit if needed.
  • Exchanges of equal or lesser value are free. We offer up to 2 exchanges. If unhappy with 2nd exchange we will offer a refund which will be subject to a $9.99 restocking fee.
  • International returns: Customers must cover the cost of return shipping and are responsible for all duties, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with the order. International orders are not eligible for exchange.

Returned items must be shipped back within 10 days of initiating a return using the provided label.
