Our warranty extends to 1 year from the purchase date to cover manufacturing defects.

Lost items, or accidental damage such as scratches, stretching of the frames due to regular wear, breakage, or other misuses are NOT covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Upon approval, warranty claims are entitled to a one-time replacement for original items and are not considered an exchange.

- A detailed description of the manufacturer's issue
- Send several photos clearly showing the defect along with the style SKU/number located on the inside of one of the temples
