Our manufacturer’s warranty is valid for 1 year from the original purchase date and covers verified manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover lost items or accidental damage, including scratches, stretching or loosening from regular wear, breakage, misuse, or other damage that is not caused by a manufacturing defect.
If it is unclear whether an issue is a manufacturing defect, additional information and/or photos may be required before a warranty determination can be made.
Upon approval, warranty claims are eligible for a one-time replacement of the original item. Warranty replacements are not considered exchanges.

- A detailed description of the suspected manufacturing defect
- Several clear photos showing the issue
- The style SKU/number located on the inside of one of the temples
